Returns

Goods can be returned to us within 14 days from the day of the delivery, in undamaged original packaging.
• Pack the goods carefully and enclose a cover letter or the copy of your invoice with a written statement of your decision to return the goods.
• Write down your bank account number/IBAN for the money refund.
Return shipping cost will not be refunded - customer returns the goods on his own expenses.

It is not possible to return goods manufactured or modified according to the specific wish of the customer - ie all glass decorations with names or dedications.
 

Complaints

Is there anything wrong with your package? Email us at [email protected] and follow steps below:

Broken or damaged goods: along with the order or invoice number, write down the code of the product that arrived broken or damaged. Be sure to attach a picture of the damage. To speed up the complaint process, mention whether you wish to send new goods for free (and the delivery address) or to return money to your account (include your bank account number/IBAN). 

Always check the contents and condition of the goods as soon as possible after receiving!
Long delay between receiving goods and reporting a claim may affect the complaint process.
