Are you afraid of fragile goods being deliverd by mail? You don’t need to!

We have long-time experience with the delivery of glass decoration.

We pay a maximum attention to the delivery of our goods. We have been dispatching glass Christmas decoration to the whole world for years already by means of freightliner service or skid as well as single-piece transport, namely. Single-piece consignments are packaged in special cardboards or little boxes. For the compacting of the packages we use special filling supporter. Decorations packaged in this way are being sent to our customers by all means of transportation – road transport, airfreight or shipping.

The GLASSOR Company also takes advantage of its experience with its U.S.-American customers where the distribution of glass Christmas decoration has been a quite common thing for years already. For the consignments going to the Czech Republic, we use the Czech Mail Service and courier GLS where agreements on the fragile goods delivery has been stipulated.

We kindly recommend to our customers to check all goods immediately on receipt of the consignment and, in case of defects, to file a claim by return (for more information see the section Terms & Conditions - Claims).
