Are all the ornaments made of glass? Where are they produced?
All ornaments are made in northern Bohemia by the traditional technique of blowing and painting on glass with the utmost care and love for the craft. You can watch the production on our Youtube channel
Do you make customized ornaments?
We do offer customized ornaments. If you are interested in the production of ornaments with a different finish or with an extended text than the usual lenght, get in touch with us at [email protected], describe your idea. We will get back to you within two to three business days with the price offer. Individual adjustment usually increases the price of the ornament by about 40% of the standard price.

Are the ornaments exactly the same?
All ornaments are painted according to one sampled pattern. However, each painter has their own so-called "manuscript" and manual work can always cause a slight difference. It is almost invisible on the resulting pieces though.

Do you also produce decorations?
No. Although we offer the best selection of decorations from premium European manufacturers. We place great emphasis on quality, originality and environmental friendliness.

How many ornaments should I hang on medium sized Christmas tree?
The quantity of ornaments is individual and depends on your personal taste. We hang up to 120 pieces of glass ornaments on our medium sized arranged Christmas trees.

How do I catch up on the novelties?
Follow us on social networks; our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We also regularly send our e-mail newsletters, mentioning all upcoming events and brand-new products. 

How often do you paint and restock the ornaments?
The ornaments have been painted all year round and thus the restocking has been done continuously. Since all the ornaments are handmade, stock quantities are often limited. Therefore we recommend to buy the ornament when it's in stock. The production itself usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

How to reliably determine the size of ornament?
Each item has its size mentioned in the detailed description. This size is measured including the metal cap and the loop, so the "real" size of the ornament is about one centimeter less.

Do I need to register? What if I forget my password?
You do not need to register. However, you will not obtain loyalty points, which can give you a fair discount for your next purchase. You can find information about our loyalty club HERE. The registered customer also has access to the order history, including tracking numbers. You can easily change your password in your account settings.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please reach us as soon as possible on our phone number or at [email protected]

Can I get a discount?
Sign up to our loyalty club, earn points and get a discount on your next order. Or wait for our regular sale events.

How do I redeem a discount code?
Put the ornaments in the basket. Scroll down to see the total sum. Fill the blank text window with your code and click "apply". The discount will be deducted in the following step.

What are the payment methods?
Bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.

Credit card payment failed. What should I do?
Firstly, check your bank account movements. If the money wasn't deducted, you can tryplacing a new order.
If the error occurs again, we recommend to change the payment method.


Shipping

What are the possible shipping methods?
The order can be delivered by Czech Post, DPD, GLS or you can pick up the order at our brick-and-mortar shop in Liberec.
What is the approximate delivery time?
We usually ship orders within 3 business days. For customized ornaments, the approximate delivery
is within 14 days.

Will you let me know about the delivery?
We will inform you about the dispatch thtough e-mail. Later communication depends on the carrier.

How are the goods packed? Is the shipping safe?
The ornaments are wrapped individually in a layer of satin paper and stored in durable boxes. The package is then fully filled with recycled paper. Glassor has many years of experience in shipping fragile goods, so we can therefore ensure the best conditions for safe transportation by any selected carrier. 
Why are the customized ornaments produced up to 14 days?
All ornaments are hand-painted according to the customer's wishes. Two weeks is the optimal time for customized production.


Complaints

My package is damaged. What should I do?
If the carrier delivers a damaged package to you, deal with the situation immediately with the carrier. Glassor is not responsible for damaged packages that you accept despite obvious external damage.
I received a damaged ornament or a different one. What should I do?

I don't like the ornaments, can I return them?
Goods that do not meet your expectations can safely be returned to us within 14 days. Pack it carefully and follow the instructions: https://www.decor-by-glassor.cz/Returns-complaints. However, in this case, the cost of postage is borne by the customer.

Do I pay postage when I claim goods?
In case of accepting the complaint, the postage is paid by Glassor.

Can I pick-up my order at your brick-and-mortar store?
Personal pick-up is possible only at brick-and-mortar store in Liberec.

Is it possible to visit your production factory?
We organize excursions for private groups by prior arrangement. We plan to build a background that will allow us to offer excursions to the general public in the future.

Do you sell at the markets or fairs?
We do sell at the markets during the Christmas season. Information about all current events

Do you organize workshops for children?
We organize workshops for children at the markets and in our stores. Follow the event list on our Facebook page or on the website in Events and Fairs.
